• Be mandatorily signed up to the EU Transparency Register and publicise your registration both proactively and on request
• Be diligent in disclosing to the EU Transparency Register truthful and verifiable statutory information on activities carried out with the objective of directly or indirectly influencing the formulation or implementation of policy and the decision-making processes of the EU institutions
