Information is key in public affairs and our knowledge of public affairs and specific issues is key for our clients. The EPACA Code of Conduct, lays out clear rules on how information can and cannot be obtained.
The Ground Rules
- Do not obtain information by dishonest means
- Do not sell for profit to third parties copies of documents obtained from EU institutions
- Honour confidential information given
